Blog Refresh & Roadmap

If you’re ready to walk away from the 'I should probably post something' anxiety and the strategies that worked 5 years ago, the Blog Refresh & Roadmap package is for you.

I'll take a deep dive into your food blog and audit your entire content ecosystem—your SEO, blog posts, Pinterest, and email—to find any gaps and the hidden gems already in your archives.

In this package, we’ll find the opportunities that will help:

  • Build your authority

  • Grow your community

  • Bring more of the right readers to your table.

In the end, you'll walk away with a 6-month roadmap that will guide you through the kinds of recipes to create, which blog posts to update, which community-focused content to focus on, and what to finally let go of, so you can spend less time second-guessing and more time creating what works.

How It Works

Step 1: Blog Audit

  1. I’ll perform a strategic review of your existing blog content, structure, and performance to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities.

  2. Next, I’ll evaluate your SEO and AI search readiness to see how well your content is positioned for traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery

Step 2: Email and Pinterest Review

  1. Your email ecosystem will get a full review. I’ll look at all of your existing lead magnets, funnels, and email content to assess alignment, clarity, and growth potential.

  2. I’ll provide you with strategic feedback on how Pinterest fits into your traffic strategy, including optimization and visibility opportunities.

Step 3: Strategic Insight and Guidance

  1. I’ll give you insight into what competitors are doing well and where you have clear opportunities to stand out.

  2. By the end, you’ll receive a detailed 6-month roadmap that will guide you through your future content creation, the updates to prioritize, and which content to stop creating altogether.

  • We communicate in a private Slack channel

  • Ask questions and track Jackie’s findings and recommendations in our shared working Google Doc

This is for you if:

  • You're publishing inconsistently and aren’t sure where to focus your energy

  • Your traffic has plateaued (or you've never quite figured out what's driving it)

  • Your SEO, Pinterest, and email feel disconnected from each other

  • You have a lot of older content sitting untouched

  • You're ready for a clear plan, not just more ideas

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This package works best if you have some existing content to work with (at least 20 to 30 published blog posts). If you're just starting, there might not be enough to audit yet, but feel free to reach out, and we can figure out the best fit.

  • Once the audit is complete, you'll receive a detailed PDF that breaks down all of my findings. It will include a month-by-month 6-month roadmap that tells you exactly which new blog, email, and Pinterest content to create, which older blog posts are worth updating, which content to stop creating altogether, and more.

  • From start to finish, most clients receive their completed roadmap within 30 days. You'll need to share access to a few accounts upfront, but beyond that, this package is largely done for you.

  • You'll need to share access to your Google Analytics (or Search Console), WordPress account, Pinterest account, and email platform so I can do a thorough review and audit.

  • This package doesn't include ongoing support, but you're welcome to reach out with quick questions for 30 days after the delivery of your roadmap. If you'd like continued guidance, you can apply for The Content Optimization Sprint (blog post updates) or The Strategy Partnership (ongoing content strategy assistance).

  • Honestly, the roadmap is only as powerful as your willingness to apply my recommendations. What I can promise is a clear, honest picture of where you stand and a realistic, personalized plan built around your blog. If you put your roadmap into action, you'll have a much stronger foundation than the guessing game most bloggers are stuck in.

Stop guessing what to post and start growing!
